I work at A.M. Leonard and my kids get great toys to play with. Here my son is raking leaves with our Leonard spring rake. Does he get all the leaves up, no. Is he learning a valuable lesson, yes. My kids love being outside. This one couldn't get bundled up fast enough to get outside to work. We had enough time to grab two different gloves for his hands, a sock hat from when he was two and jacket that I'm pretty sure was to small. This day taught me a lot of lessons. Kids don't stay little long, value your time with them outside even if you don't care for cold weather, and take lots of pictures to remember. I think the most memorable moments though, are stored in your heart. I didn't capture all his smiles, laughs, or giggles, but that day will stay in my heart forever. Take each day as a gift. As I know tomorrow is not promised to us.
Matthew 18:3
And he said:"Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
